1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by helpslit ("the Platform", "helpslit", "we", "us", or "our") at helpslit.club, you ("the Player", "User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules published in relation to specific games or promotions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and helpslit.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of helpslit following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of helpslit's services is subject to the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities regulated by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of helpslit or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from helpslit or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

helpslit reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. helpslit takes the 21+ age requirement seriously — 21+ verification is mandatory for all accounts before real-money play is permitted.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use helpslit's real-money services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and valid contact details. You must hold only one (1) active account on helpslit at any time.

helpslit is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or granting full account functionality. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys, passport, UMID, or driver's licence) and may be required to provide proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your helpslit login credentials. helpslit is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify helpslit immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

helpslit reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

helpslit accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be updated from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. helpslit aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

helpslit reserves the right to conduct additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity and source-of-funds verification, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations.

Funds deposited into your helpslit wallet are held for gaming purposes only. helpslit does not pay interest on player account balances. Dormant accounts (no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

helpslit offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific promotion terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all helpslit bonuses include:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• helpslit reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other forms of bonus abuse constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on helpslit operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in accordance with published game rules. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published per game title on the Platform.

helpslit employs automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns, collusion, and other forms of cheating. Any player found to have engaged in cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software bugs will have their account terminated and all winnings forfeited.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. helpslit's decision on the outcome of any dispute regarding game results shall be final and binding, subject to PAGCOR's dispute escalation process where applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using helpslit:

• Registering or operating more than one helpslit account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Platform's source code.
• Engaging in money laundering or using helpslit for any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing helpslit staff or other players.

Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles helpslit to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void all pending and historical transactions at its discretion, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the helpslit Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and the helpslit brand name — is the exclusive property of helpslit or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any helpslit intellectual property without prior written consent from helpslit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, helpslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits, even if helpslit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

helpslit's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helpslit account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

helpslit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

helpslit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on helpslit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

helpslit is required to share player data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities upon lawful request, as well as with third-party KYC and anti-money laundering service providers in the performance of regulatory compliance obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

helpslit is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides players with tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your helpslit account settings.

12. Amendments to These Terms

helpslit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the helpslit Platform shall first be submitted to helpslit's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

Where judicial proceedings are necessary, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
